Electronically
Starting in December 2012, Shelby County State Bank will introduce an
interactive email version of the bank’s newsletter in place of the current
paper version. This change is part of the bank’s ongoing commitment
to reduce paper waste, reduce postage and to streamline the delivery
process.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking or eStatements at ShelbyCounty State Bank, you will automatically begin receiving the SCSB eNewsletter in December. Below are answers to some possible questions
you may have about the upcoming eNewsletter:
What if I don’t have a home computer or internet access and still wish to receive the newsletter?
Some physical PDF copies of the newsletter will be printed and available to
customers in all of the SCSB Offi ces. All SCSB newsletters are published
quarterly during the first week of March, June, September and December
and will be available at that time.
What if I miss or delete my eNewsletter before reading it?
The SCSB newsletters are currently archived for two years on the SCSB
website www.scsbnet.com under the Online Services tab.
I don’t have Online Banking or eStatements, but I have an email
address and would still like to receive the eNewsletter.
For customers who do have an email address and would like to receive
the eNewsletter, we can easily add you to the distribution list. This can be done via a phone call to the bank or email to webmst@scsbnet.com.
