Issues of SCSB Newsletter Will Now be Delivered Electronically
In December 2012, Shelby County State Bank introduced an electronic version of the bank’s newsletter in place of the paper version. This change is part of the bank’s ongoing commitment to reduce paper waste, reduce postage and to streamline the delivery process.
If you are already enrolled in Online Banking or eStatements at ShelbyCounty State Bank, you will automatically receive the SCSB eNewsletter. Below are answers to some possible questions you may have about the eNewsletter:
What if I don’t have a home computer or internet access and still wish to receive the newsletter?
Some physical PDF copies of the newsletter are printed and available to customers in all of the SCSB Offices. All SCSB newsletters are published quarterly during the first week of March, June, September and December and will be available at that time.
What if I miss or delete my eNewsletter before reading it?
The SCSB newsletters are currently archived on the SCSB website www.scsbnet.com under the Resource Center tab.
I don’t have Online Banking or eStatements, but I have an email address and would still like to receive the eNewsletter.
For customers who do have an email address and would like to receive the eNewsletter, we can easily add you to the distribution list. This can be done via a phone call to the bank or email to email@example.com.
